Dosage form:

Adults:
3 times a day one 1 heaped teaspoon (3 x approx. 6.7 g = 20 g)

Children:
10-14 years old:
twice a day 1 heaped teaspoon (2 x approx. 6.7 g = 13 g)

7-10 years old:
twice a day 1 level teaspoon (2 x approx. 5 g = 10 g)

4-7 years old:
once a day 1 heaped teaspoon (6.7 g)

Mix the powder with approx. 100 ml water or juice and drink after a meal.
